Hi everyone. Do you notice the ghostly marking of "1" (image 1) and parliament building (image 2) on this coin?
This marking is due to a type of error called die clash error.
Die clash error happens when both dies
clash each other without a blank planchet between them. This caused the
design on the dies being transferred into the opposite die.
Die clash error is a very common error and very seldom hold premium. But nevertheless still is one of my favourite type of error coin to collect. This is because my first error coin collection is a specimen of die clash error. Refer here in my old post.

Die clash pada siri Parlimen biasa dijumpai pada syiling 1 sen dan 10 sen..bagi siri ini denominasi yg paling sukar dijumpai ialah syiling 20 sen,hingga sekarang belum kelihatan dipamirkan dimana2..
Walaupun hari ini premium syiling die clash tidak begitu tinggi tapi ianya adalah pelengkap bagi koleksi syiling error,suatu hari nanti pasti akan diburu oleh pengumpul2 baru untuk perbagaikan koleksi mereka...
